Open Enrollment 2021 Timeline



Open Enrollment Kickoff - Mid-October 2020

Watch for emails throughout the fall, including:

•     Plan Design confirmation

•     Payroll confirmation

•     Carryover changes

If you get your enrollment information to us early, you’ll be placed in our prize drawing!
The first drawing will be on Wednesday, November 11th for enrollment data received by Monday, November 9th.
We’ll be choosing a winner, weekly, and those that have submitted completed 2021 enrollments will have an 
opportunity to win one of our fabulous prizes!
24HourFlex’s Early Enrollment Giveaway isn’t endorsed, administered, or sponsored by any prize brands. For completed enrollment data received by 11/9/20 the drawing will be on 11/11/20, for enrollment data received between 11/10/20-11/16/20 the drawing will be on 11/18/20, for enrollment data received between 11/17/20-11/23/20 the drawing will be on 11/25/20. One winner per week will be selected at random, and the drawing winner will be notified via email and given the opportunity to select from the four prize options. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
FSA & Commuter Cost of Living Adjustments - October 26, 2020

The IRS typically announced the 2021 cost of living adjustments on October 26, 2020. 

•     If your plan design allows for the maximum amounts, the limits will be adjusted automatically.

•     If your plan specifies a different limit, it will remain as is.

•     If you’d like to amend your plan, please contact your account manager.

HRA Changes Due - November 6, 2020

11/6/2020 – If you offer an HRA and will be making any changes to your plan design, your form must be received by Friday, November 6th to guarantee plan design changes are in place by 1/1/2021.

*Confirmation of HRA plan design is required to renew your plan year.

New Plan Year Enrollments Due - December 3, 2020

12/3/2020 – In order to process your new elections and guarantee cards for any new participants by 1/1/2021, your enrollments must be received by Thursday, December 3rd.

*Re-enrolling participants will continue to use their same debit cards.
