First Steps

  • Log In to Your Online Portal

    Your online consumer portal is the easiest place to manage and keep up-to-date with your account. Once you log in, you will be able to check your available balance, submit receipts, file claims, and much more. Click here to learn how to access your account for the first time.

  • Activate Your 24HourFlex Debit Card

    When you enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) with 24HourFlex, we will send you a red 24HourFlex debit card (Benny Card) in the mail. Before you can use the card to pay for eligible expenses, you must activate your card by calling 1-866-898-9795.   • Download the 24HourFlex Mobile App

    Looking for an easy, on-the-go option for managing your 24HourFlex account? The 24HourFlex mobile app for iOS and Android allows you to control all features of your account, including checking balances and submitting receipts, right in the palm of your hand.
