If you pay for an FSA-eligible medical or dependent care expense out of pocket, you can file a claim to be reimbursed with money from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA). The best and easiest way to file a claim is either online through your 24HourFlex Consumer Portal or on your mobile device using the 24HourFlex Mobile app. For step-by-step instructions on how to submit a claim using either of these methods, please click on the links to the right.
Once your claim has been approved, you can receive your reimbursement in one of two ways. The first (and default) option is to receive a check in the mail. The second and fastest way for you to receive your money, however, is to set up Direct Deposit, so that your money can be quickly deposited straight into your bank account.
