Customer Service Representative
Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available. Provide legendary customer service and make people’s day better while answering customer questions, solving problems, and educating participants about their employee benefits.
- Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
- Maintain and build positive relationships with clients, participants, and co-workers
- Answer an average of 60 participant phone calls per day
- Answer questions, solve problems, and educate participants (via phone, chat, and email)
- Resolve customer problems quickly, going above and beyond what is required
- Clearly communicate answers and solutions to participants. Research/investigate all inquiries utilizing tools/reference material.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team member(s).
- Understand and be able to explain the products that 24HourFlex offers (FSA, HSA, HRA, Transportation and Parking, COBRA, etc).
- Take ownership of customer service position.
- Actively assist anywhere help is needed within 24HourFlex, including special projects and extra assignments.
- All other duties as assigned.
Fluent Spanish and Fluent English a definite plus, but not required.
This job is remote. Equipment provided.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND WORK SCHEDULE:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must have computer proficiency.
The shifts vary for FT and PT. Office hours are 7 am (could possibly change to earlier) to 6 pm MST Monday through Friday. If applying for PT, we can discuss further.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Based upon experience, starting at $12/hour
