The quickest and most secure way of getting your receipts to us, is uploading directly through your secure online portal. Follow these simple steps for uploading your receipts.
*Please refer to your STATEMENTS & NOTIFICATIONS section to see specific receipt request notification letters.
Step 1: When a receipt is being requested, a message will appear in the MESSAGE CENTER of your account HOME page . Click directly on the message to continue.
Step 2: Click on the desired expense to reveal more information and further options. Select UPLOAD RECEIPT(S) in the expanded window.
Step 3: Click the CHOOSE FILE button to browse your computer for the desired file.
Step 4: Select the desired file and then click the OPEN button.
*Please Note: Your screen may look a bit different depending on your operating system.
Step 5: You will now see the file listed in the UPLOAD RECEIPT(S) window. At this time, you may choose to ADD ANOTHER RECEIPT. To complete the process, click on the SUBMIT button. Your receipt has now been uploaded. Please allow approximately two business days for processing of newly uploaded receipts.
