There are a couple easy ways to check on the status of your card. The first being the 24HourFlex Mobile App, and the second being the Consumer Portal.
Step 1: Select the ME tab located along the bottom of your device’s screen. Then you will select the MANAGE DEBIT CARDS section in the middle of the page.
Step 2: The CARD STATUS, is displayed below a couple of other card related bits of information.
Step 1: From the HOME page of your account, click on the PROFILE tab.
Step 2: From the PROFILE page, click on BANKING/CARDS . The card STATUS is located under the DEBIT CARDS section.
