Role: I find and empower great management talent that implement the objectives we all agree to.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: The employees here are so eager to serve our satisfied clients.

Motivation: Creating a wonderful environment for my staff. Businesses, like plants, naturally grow when healthy. I strive to make this business something that God, my Unseen Business Partner, will be proud of.

When he’s not in the office, you can find Nathan in his wood shop, bee-keeping, skiing, reading, practicing guitar or piano, with his “kids” and grand-kids, or encouraging the various ministries this company supports.

Role: I oversee the growth and development of our company through our branding, sales, support of our existing relationships, and the establishment of new relationships. I was also Athlete of the Year in 2004.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: I enjoy working with a professional and vibrant staff.  I also enjoy the complexities of the industry; it allows me the opportunity to meet extraordinary people and help them solve problems.

Motivation: I find satisfaction in the fulfillment of purpose – the purpose of providing the very best.

If you could spend two hours with anyone who would it be? I would enjoy spending time and learning from Jesus Christ, Bobby Jones, & Abraham Lincoln.

When Sean is not in the office, you can find him golfing, playing poker, travelling, watching the Broncos, reading, and spending time with his family.

If you could spend two hours with anyone who would it be? Corrie Ten Boom. I would love to learn and grasp her place in history.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Paula gardening, card-making, and investing her time in ministry opportunities.

A Jack of all trades, a master of none, with just enough information to be dangerous

Role: I help set the strategy, build the team, and ensure we execute operationally, enabling us to make customers’ days better.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: Our team’s culture. People have a good sense of humor, work hard, and bring delicious food to the office.

Motivation: Helping people, learning, making someone’s day better and of course coffee.

Jonathan
Implementation Manager/Client Manager
Outdoor and Adventure Enthusiast

Role: I oversee all new clients, interfacing with brokers and clients to get the job done. I also work as a client manager, helping clients come on board with our company and continuing to help them with any questions or changes.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: Definitely the people I work with. The company culture here is amazing, and we all work well together. I believe we have developed the perfect balance between work and fun that fosters an efficient and creative work environment.

Motivation: Jesus. Jesus motivates me every day to love others, work hard, and live in joy and happiness.

National Sales Representative

Background: I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Business Administration, before making my way out to Colorful Colorado!

Favorite thing about 24HourFlexI love our company culture. The office is like a second family.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? I would spend one hour with Michael Phelps–I was a collegiate swimmer and am a huge fan–and one hour with Mark Cuban to talk business and entrepreneurship.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Jamie around all things real estate, anything from seeing what’s on the market to adding home decor ideas on Pinterest.

Background: I have been in the industry since 1996 and with 24HourFlex since 2007. I have gained the CFC–Certified in Flexible Compensation–designation.

Strength: Working well as a team player and individually. 

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: The small company feel allows us more flexibility and creates more of a family atmosphere.

Motivation: The simple aspect of completing a job well done.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? My brothers and sisters.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Anna enjoying outdoor activities and rooting for the Rockies and Broncos.

Customer Experience Manager
Making each day the best it can possibly be!

Role: To streamline and improve the areas that touch our participants’ lives. Listening and implementing great ideas that our participants and internal team members have is the most rewarding part of my day. 

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: Every day seems to hold something different in store, requiring a new approach to helping and educating and just making the day more exciting!

Motivation: Transforming the outside perception of what people think about what we do and really letting them in on how awesome our company really is.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? Jack Black. I believe he would get my humor and reciprocate. Plus, I admire his ability to sing about almost any circumstance that arises.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Krista playing with her new camera, reading lots of great books, and spending time with her beautiful family.

Lynnell
Claims Supervisor

Role: My main focus is on a day in the life of a claim and the processing team that works to get it through the system. My purpose is to deal with the constant motion of the claims department, addressing issues to make our process more efficient and sharing tools with my team that will assist with the careful handling of images and information.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: Being part of a wonderful team that works together, supporting and encouraging each other as we strive for improvement in company operations and for personal growth.

Motivation: A work ethic modeled by my parents and then deeply ingrained in me during the formative years of my first career path.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? I’d like to meet Indiana Jones. I find his never-say-die, never-surrender, think-on-your-feet, go-for-it approach to situations fascinating.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Lynnell teaching a class at her church for individuals with mental disabilities, watching her group grow, and seeing the way they bless their families and other people. You can also find her donating her blood whenever she can.

Betsy
HRA Specialist

Role: I get requests every day from account managers, client managers, and customer service reps for assistance. I really enjoy interacting with multiple departments.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlexMy co-workers. (Well, besides the payceck.) We all work well together. It may sound corny, but we do always keep in mind our customers’ needs.

Motivation: Besides that paycheck? A sense of accomplishment, and of being able to assist our customers in getting their reimbursements.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? I’d love to have dinner with Bear Bryant, Joe Paterno, Frank Broyles, Vince Dooley, Bo Schembecker – any of the great college football coaches.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Betsy watching college football, spending time with her family, watching college football, gardening, and watching college football.

Strength: Always giving my best every day when I come to work.

Motivation: Not wanting to remain the same.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? It would without a doubt be Jesus, so I could ask him a plethora of questions that only he could answer.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Andrea travelling, painting, watching sports, blogging, singing, volunteering, styling, and taking photos.

Valerie
Customer Service Representative

Role: Being the eyes and ears of 24HourFlex. I make sure that faxes and mail are received and sent out to the correct people and that information is transmitted smoothly around the office. Just being present and willing to fit in wherever and whenever is most important.

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: Working for a great man that treats people fairly and has a good, kind heart. I like what he stands for and how he helps us to be the best that we can be!

Motivation: Always “work smarter, not harder!” And pushing myself to go beyond 100% in whatever I do.

If you could spend two hours with anyone, who would it be? Mark Twain. I love his quotes, especially, “Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.” I’d also like to spend time with Robin Williams. I think he was a great man and actor.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Valerie playing and discussing sports, bowling, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Account Manager
A sucker for a great idea

Strength: Adaptability and creativity. I do my best to make myself available for any task, to apply creative thought to our systems and processes, and to look for ways to improve the details and design of the company. 

Favorite thing about 24HourFlex: The pursuit of improvement and the desire to create the healthiest possible environment for employees and customers. And the food, of course.

Motivation: Impossibility. The thought of restoring life to a project or person that was considered worthless and lost.
