Imaging System we are able to offer 24-hour turnaround on Flex
Claims. A Flex participant’s claim is reviewed and a check is cut or
a direct deposit is processed within 24 hours of receiving the participant’s
claim form.

Help Center at (303) 369-7886 or (800) 651-4855 from 8am to 5pm MST and receive
assistance. These specialists will provide helpful information such as assisting
participants in determining whether a particular expense is eligible for reimbursement,
explaining the IRS rules governing Cafeteria and HRA Plans, or verifying the
receipt and payment of past claims.

Internet Cafeteria and HRA Information...Plan
participants can view their account history via the Internet. Data such as

Complete Claim Form Online...Using the 24hourflex.com
website, participants can complete their Claim Form online.
Automatic Direct Deposit...Rather than printing
and mailing a manual check, 24hourflex.com can deposit the Cafeteria
or HRA Reimbursement directly into a bank account specified by the plan participant.
24HourFlex Convenience Card Interface...By using a pre-approved,
24HourFlex Convenience Card, participants can have ready access to their funds, avoiding
much of the paperwork associated with traditional claim processing.
Electronic Data Import...Clients can download
all enrollment and contribution data to 24hourflex.com in an Excel format,
thus avoiding the hassle of paper reports.
Cafeteria/HRA Integration...Generally, participants
do not need to submit separate claim forms for Cafeteria and HRA expenses.
Rather, 24hourflex.com will automatically apply the expense to the appropriate
plan.
